Under no circumstances may the refund of the registration fee be requested.
* InSEA members, Educarte members, national teacher, students and seniors who want to attend the Congress as public must register before paying and must prove their condition by means of an identification or documentation the first day at the registration desk of the congress.
The quotas for the broad public are limited.
